Costco Québon Chocolate Milk Recalled Over Pieces of Glass
What Happened
Costco Canada has posted a recall notice for Québon 2% Chocolate Milk 2L (Costco Item #2841711) due to the possible presence of pieces of glass. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency classified this as a Class 1 recall (RA-81793) — the most serious category — on March 25, 2026.
According to the Costco notice, the affected cartons were available at Costco warehouses and Business Centres between February and March 2026. Manufacturer Agropur initiated a broader voluntary recall covering Farmers, Québon, and Natrel brand milk products from its Bedford, Nova Scotia plant.
How to Identify the Product
The best-before date appears at the top of the carton, on the front fold of the cardboard, using MM DD format. If your carton carries any of the dates listed below, it falls within the recall.
