Costco Canada Flyer — Members Only Savings
Valid September 28 to October 25, 2026
More than $3,300 in instant savings, September 28 to October 25 — and a few prices we have not seen in years. Lotus Biscoff drops to $8.99 after every run since October 2023 sat at $9.49, Quaker quick oats hit $8.99 for the first time since July 2024, and Witor's Italian chocolates get their first instant saving. We checked every item against our Canada-wide Costco price history — prices and past sale dates are below.

We track every Costco price in Canada. Here is which deals are genuinely low, which ones come back every fall at the same price, and which ones cost more than they did the last time around.
Lower than any recent run
- Lotus Biscoff cookies — $8.99 (save $3). Every discount we logged since October 2023 was $9.49. The last time it went lower was June 2023.
- Quaker quick oats 5.16 kg — $8.99 (save $3). Fifteen straight runs at $9.49 since September 2024.
- Tide Advanced Oxi Power liquid detergent — $19.99 (save $5). Normally $21.49; it has hit $19.99 only once before, in April.
- Artika Rayma lighting panel — $49.99 (Hot Buy). Both earlier runs, November 2025 and July 2026, were $54.99.
- Sutton laminate flooring — $24.99 (save $10). $3 under its May and June price.
- Samsung Galaxy A37 unlocked phone — $448.99 (save $150). $50 under its only previous sale in May.
- Minh pork egg rolls — $9.99 (save $4) and Cedar Valley pita chips — $8.99 (save $3). Both tie their lowest; Minh usually runs at $10.99. Pita chips are October 12 to 25 only.
First discount we have on record
- Witor's assorted Italian chocolates 1 kg — $14.99 (save $5). We have tracked it since October 2025 and never logged an instant saving before.
- Most of the Samsung lineup is new to our records: 65-in. S85H OLED $1,494.99 (save $500), 85-in. M72H Mini LED $1,094.99 (save $200), Galaxy Book6 laptop $999.99 (save $150), 32-in. Odyssey G5 monitor $199.99 (save $70).
Fall regulars
These show up every autumn at an identical price, so this is the window, but not a rare one.
- Kidde smoke and carbon monoxide alarm — $99.99 (save $30). Its only other runs were September and October 2025, same price.
- Cold-FX extra-strength — $47.99 (save $12). Every fall and winter since 2024, always $47.99.
- Nature's Way sambucus gummies — $19.99, Breathe Right strips — $21.99 and Blistex lip balm — $14.99. All unchanged from last September and October.
- Cadbury Dairy Milk mini bars — $15.99 (save $4). Ran in September and December 2025 at the same price.
No rush
- Purex bathroom tissue — $21.49 (ten of the last twelve months, never any other price) and Lysol disinfecting wipes — $19.99 (every month from February to September).
- Bounty Plus paper towel — $25.99, Swiffer refills — $19.99, Dawn Powerwash — $12.99, Lysol toilet bowl cleaner — $10.99, Gain liquid — $17.49, Bounce dryer sheets — $12.99.
- KFI butter chicken sauce — $7.99, Kraft cheese slices — $7.99, Wholly Guacamole minis — $11.99, Tetley Orange Pekoe — $10.99, Listerine Ultraclean — $11.99, Aveeno daily lotion — $16.99.
Priced higher than last time
- Nestlé Carnation hot chocolate — $12.99 (save $4). It ran at $11.99 almost every time through January 2025.
- Reser's baked scalloped potatoes — $9.49 (save $2.50). The highest we have logged; it was $7.99 as recently as April.
- Colgate Sensitive Pro-Relief — $14.99 (save $4). $13.49 in every run from 2022 to November 2025.
- Zavida hazelnut vanilla coffee — $18.99 (save $5). It ran at $12.99 through 2024. October 12 to 25 only.
- RestoraFIBRE gummies — $26.99 (save $7), $23.99 through January. Good Protein shakes — $63.99 (save $16), $59.99 in April.
- Cuisinart 4-slice toaster — $54.99 (save $15), $49.99 in 2024 and 2025. Ruffles — $5.99 (save $2), $5.49 to $5.89 through 2025.
- Ninja Luxe café — $499.99 (save $130). Last November and December it ran at $489.99.
Which window
Most of this flyer runs the full four weeks, but two blocks do not. The September 28 to October 11 block has ended — that covered the women's and kids' clothing page, Dyson Gen5, Raisin Bran, Turtles, Downy, Tide Pods, Boursin and the Kirkland pork loin. October 12 to 25 only: Serta queen hybrid mattress $529.99 (save $150), Kraft cheese slices, Zavida coffee, Celebrations chocolates, Three Farmer's snack mix, Inno Foods cereal, Cedar Valley pita chips and the mini caramel apple strudel. The Michelin offer — $100 off four or more tires — runs to October 25.
