<p>Samson International has issued a voluntary recall of the <strong>Oaklynn Canopy Bed</strong> in King and Queen sizes (Costco Items #1812427 and #1812424) sold on Costco.ca. The recall was issued because <strong>the canopy beams of the bed frames can collapse primarily when the bed is moved, posing impact and injury hazards to the consumer</strong>.</p>
<p>As of March 18, 2026, there have been no Canadian incidents reported. In the United States, five reports of canopy collapse have been received, with consumers struck by the beams. Four of these incidents resulted in shoulder and head contusions.</p>
<p>The affected products were sold on Costco.ca between February 2025 and February 2026.</p>
